AMP Vendor Guide

Virtual Staging: 

• $75.00 per image 

• Selection of Templates by CGPH incurs an extra $30.00 per image.

• Includes one round of revision. 

• Extra revisions $35.00 each. 

• Changing to a new template will be charged as a new job. 

Virtual Renovation: 

• $100.00 per image 

• Selection of Templates by CGPH incurs an extra $30.00 per image

• Includes removing existing furniture from a photographed room and adding virtual furniture 

• Includes one round of revision. 

• Extra revisions $35.00 each. 

Changing to a new template will be charged as a new job. Turnaround time for both Virtual Staging & Renovation is 2 business days or up to 3 business days for projects with 6 or more photos.
